Renowned for its fine cuisine, elegant ambience and charm, the unique design of the hotel’s Royal Pavilion Restaurant provides cosy alcoves ensuring the perfect setting for an intimate dinner for 2 or a lively dinner party. The restaurant is open daily and guests may choose from a menu featuring a mouth-watering selection for each course, complemented by a comprehensive range of wines.
The Kensington Suite is a secluded dining room situated within the restaurant, perfect for the more private occasion.
For a more informal setting overlooking the Kings Gardens, The Conservatory Bistro is the ideal place to relax and unwind. A specialised seasonal menu is available daily from 12:00 until 21:00. The bar remains open until 23:00 and 00:00 on Fridays. In the later evening, The Conservatory truly comes into its own with televised sporting events, drinks promotions and themed events organised by the resident DJ.

By Car (from the M6 motorway):
- From the M6 motorway, take the exit at junction 26, on to the M58 motorway.
- Follow the M58 to junction 3 and then exit on to the A570 towards Ormskirk.
- Follow the A570 through Ormskirk to Southport, towards the seafront.
- The hotel is situated right on the seafront promenade, adjacent to the Marine Lake.
